At the Innovate!Europe Conference, held last week in Zaragoza, Spain, a large number of start-up companies gathered to get valuable advice from leading venture capital companies, entrepreneurs and technology-industry mentors.
Ten start-ups were selected as finalists for having the best ideas in innovation.
The big winner was Nomadesk, one of the very first TurnLeaf customers. Nomadesk received the top award for its virtual file server, which enables both online and offline document management for workgroups. Its SaaS solution allows users and groups to automatically share, encrypt, and back up data.
